Joffrey Tadwell is a roly-poly human merchant whose round, jovial face is framed by thinning gray hair and anchored by a perpetually flushed, bulbous nose. He squeezes his portly frame into a modest, serviceable doublet of well-worn green wool, adorned with brass buttons that strain slightly against his formidable belly. A thick leather ledger case hangs securely at his hip, resting just above his scuffed leather boots.

Joffrey was revealed to have known that everyone was walking about with helmets on that intercepted their experience of reality. He believes that he was doing a good thing by keeping watch on the town. At the moment, he's been cowed into keeping his position, but is constantly watched by Calder's lumberjacks.

Wizard Kareka stands with a slender, refined frame draped in opulent, jewel-toned silks that shimmer subtly beneath his embroidered robes, befitting his rich status. Framing his dignified visage is a mane of distinguished graying hair, which contrasts sharply with his unsettlingly toothy grin that often reveals slightly too much amusement. His piercing gaze seems to carry a shadowy depth, hinting at the vast and obscure arcane secrets he commands.

There are rumors of Kareka's physical appearance, but no one can say the last time he was seen in-person.
